We guarantee your puppy against Parvo and Distemper for a period of 48 hours after shipment. Puppies can contract diseases very quickly, even from the new environment they are exposed to. Within 48 hours you will know whether anything came directly from our kennel. It is our guarantee that we will not knowingly ship a sick puppy. Our kennel has a great track record on healthy puppies. We strive to keep all puppies healthy and if we see anything that looks like a health situation in a puppy it will go right away to see our vet.

Guarantee is effective only if, you, the purchaser, allows a Certified Veterinarian to examine your puppy within 48 hours from time of arrival.

NOTE: We do not recommend taking your puppy to places such as Pet Smart, PetCo etc., aver arrival until it has been fully vaccinated. Although your puppy will have at least one set of vaccines when it arrives it is not fully protected until it receives the remaining rounds from your vet. This usually takes up the 16 weeks of age of your puppy.

It is always a good idea to keep your puppy free from any environment that may be questionable to its health before you are certain it has the protection needed after receiving its the vaccinations.
